Products, prices and availability shown on this website are indicative and may change. Adding an item to the bag or preparing an enquiry does not reserve stock, create a contract, or require payment. A sale exists only after a duly licensed seller provides its legal details, confirms stock, delivery charges, final price and payment terms in writing, and the customer accepts that offer.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass access controls, submit false information, misuse product imagery or place an enquiry for a person under 18.

Product descriptions are general marketing information, not health advice. Packaging, alcohol content, volume, allergens and serving information on the physical product take precedence. Please report any material error before relying on website information.

PRIVACY & COOKIES

The website uses browser storage only for the age-check date, the enquiry bag and acknowledgement of the storage notice. No advertising or analytics cookies are configured. The age confirmation expires after 30 days.

Contact details typed into the enquiry form stay in your browser. The website sends only product identifiers and the required age-and-terms confirmations to its server to create a random enquiry reference. If you choose “Open WhatsApp,” your browser prepares a message containing the information you entered; nothing is transmitted through WhatsApp until you choose a recipient and send it. WhatsApp then processes that information under its own terms and privacy notice.

The hosting provider may process ordinary security and access logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and time, to operate and protect the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for unsolicited marketing. Personal information supplied directly to a merchant must be used only to answer the enquiry, fulfil a confirmed order, meet legal duties and resolve disputes, and retained only as long as reasonably or legally required.

Before any personal information is stored by this website, the responsible party’s legal name, Information Officer contact and process for access, correction, deletion, objection and complaints must be published here. Until then, the website does not store enquiry contact details.

03 / FULFILMENT

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Alcohol may be delivered only where the confirmed seller is licensed and delivery is legally permitted. The recipient must be 18 or older and may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification. No unattended delivery, delivery to a minor, or delivery where age cannot reasonably be verified. The seller may refuse or cancel delivery in those circumstances and will explain any applicable refund.

Delivery area, timing, charges and the identity of the delivery provider must be confirmed before payment. Inspect the parcel on receipt where practical. Report an incorrect, defective, leaking or damaged product promptly with the order reference and photographs where available. Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.

Returns involving alcohol, opened consumables or goods that cannot safely be resold may be restricted where the law permits. The confirmed seller must give the customer its final returns address, process, timing and refund method before the sale.

RESPONSIBLE DRINKING

Alcohol is not for sale or supply to persons under 18. Do not purchase alcohol for a minor. Drink responsibly, never drink and drive, and never pressure another person to drink. Plan safe transport before drinking.
